A green Subaru Outback station wagon driven by Dixon was eastbound on Oak at the intersection of Stephens Street. Bratton struck Dixon's driver door area while they were both in the intersection. Both said their lights were green and there were no independent witnesses to confirm either statement. A passenger from each vehicle was transported to Mercy for evaluation for minor injuries. Dixon's vehicle was towed by Winston towing and the other vehicle was driven from the scene.
