Crews have multiple holes dug in the southbound lane and had just filled a few of them with concrete slurry. Thaler was the first car through in a group of northbound traffic in the northbound lane. Thaler said he thought one of the cones in the center of the roadway was in his lane of travel, making him think he needed to go into the southbound lane. As soon as Thaler went into the southbound lane, he drove the driver's side tires into the two holes filled with fresh concrete. The holes were deep enough, Thaler's vehicle was sitting on the frame. There were no injuries, and Thaler’s vehicle was removed by Dave’s Valley towing. DISPO: Traffic Collision. Officers attempted to talk with Copenhaver, however he took off running away from them. Copenhaver was tackled to the ground in his driveway and taken into custody without further incident. Lyons was travelling behind them, but was unable to stop her vehicle before colliding into Clinton’s vehicle, causing her to crash into Lamm’s vehicle. Clinton and Lamm’s vehicles were driven from the scene, and Lyons’ vehicle was towed by Roseburg Towing. There were no reported injuries. DISPO: Traffic Collision. Harding refused to identify himself and he refused to leave, so he was arrested. DISPO: Cited and Released.
