Linen Services Dry Cleaning in Roseburg To Close

A dry cleaning business operating in Roseburg since 1956 has announced it will close at the end of October. Mike and Jodi Fassler took over the former Ken's Dry Cleaning in August of 2018 and renamed it Linen Services Dry Cleaning. Here is the full announcement by Jodi Fassler shared today, Tuesday September 21. "Store closing It is with regret that we have made the difficult decision to close the dry cleaning division of our company effective October 29, 2021. We will not accept any new orders as of September 22, 2021. In todays climate our business has decreased significantly while our costs to operate continue to rise. Much like many other businesses in our area it has been increasingly difficult to fill open positions as well as having difficulty finding and procuring supplies due to supply chain disruptions and dramatically increased prices. Over the last year we have continued operate at a significant loss and cannot continue to do so. Our only reasonable option is to close. Our current staff will be relocated to our commercial division and we will cease operations at this location as of October 29, 2021. Please make arrangements to pick up all of your orders prior to our store closing. While it is preferable that all items be picked up prior to October 29, we will make arrangements for remaining items to be picked up at an alternate location through December 30, 2021.
