PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/07/2021 (10:00 AM) LOCATION: 1532 SE Stephens, Roseburg INCIDENT: Warrants/Stolen Vehicle CASE #: 203274, 202657, 211487 PERSON(S): (S)-Bragg, Nicholas (36) Roseburg, (S)-Johnson, Matthew (44) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Bragg-Probation Violation warrant out of Roseburg Police Department for Unlawful Use of a Weapon. New charges-Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, Criminal Mischief in the First DegreeJohnson-Failure to Appear warrant out of Roseburg Police Department for Theft in the Third Degree VEHICLE(S): 1988 Toyota PU w/switched plates, rattle canned black (originally white/light brown) DETAIL(S): Officer saw two suspicious males in the alley behind J&J. One male was in a black rattle canned Toyota with switched license plates. I contacted the male, Nicholas, who I knew had a felony warrant. He was with Matthew, who also had the above warrant. Both males were taken into custody.Nicholas was also using a GM key to start the truck. The truck was not originally reported stolen, however Pro Motor's called in later reporting it stolen. Truck was returned to the owners. DISPO: Nicholas and Matthew were lodged on their warrants. Nicholas also had the above charges added. Harvard Ave. (Grocery Outlet) Roseburg INCIDENT: Theft III CASE #: 211489 PERSON(S): (S)-Laurance, Michael Andrew 04/29/75 Roseburg CHARGE(S): Theft III VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): On 3/31/21, Laurance shoplifted a bag of peppers from Grocery Outlet valued at $3.99. Laurance returned today and was called in for the theft. He was cited/released for Theft III. DISPO: CBA PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/07/2021 (01:00 PM) LOCATION: 2625 NE Diamond Lake Blvd. Roseburg INCIDENT: Trespass CASE #: 211490 PERSON(S): (ARR) Cardinal, Lance Joseph(56) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree, Disorderly Conduct in the Second Degree VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Lance was told to leave Chevron property numerous times but refused to leave. Lance also caused a verbal disturbance in the store and almost hit employees. He was seen running across the roadway causing traffic to stop. The warrants were confirmed and I took him into custody. DISPO: Tony was lodged at corrections. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/07/2021 (02:47 PM) LOCATION: 800 NW Highland Street (Gaddis Park) INCIDENT: Fugitive CASE #: 211492 PERSON(S): (ARR) Trimble, Dorine Daisy Lynn (27) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Canyonville Justice Court Criminal Trespass 2, Jackson County Circuit Court FTA Disorderly Conduct 2, Harassment, Resisting Arrest, Escape 3 VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): While patrolling Gaddis Park, Officers contacted Dorine Trimble who had a warrant. Dorine tried to escape after officers told her she was under arrest. While officers were attempting to detain her she punched Officer Halter in the throat. DISPO: Dorine was transported to and lodged at the Douglas County Jail on the above charges. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/07/2021 (04:47 PM) LOCATION: 2295 NE Diamond Lake Boulevard INCIDENT: Trespass CASE #: 211494 PERSON(S): S-Parshall, Megan Rita (36) Roseburg. CHARGE(S): Criminal Trespass II, Criminal Mischief II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Parshall went into Fast Stop and damaged a display case because she was upset about getting trespassed from there. Parshall was issued a citation and released. DISPO: CBA. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/07/2021 (07:10 PM) LOCATION: 2230 NW Stewart PKWY (Renards) Roseburg INCIDENT: Warrant CASE #: 210760 PERSON(S): (S) Maples, Travis William (45) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Warrant - Fail to Appear for Theft II (Roseburg Police) VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Maples was contacted at Renards and arrested on his warrant. DISPO: Maples was lodged at Corrections PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/07/2021 (07:23 PM) LOCATION: 600 Block of SE Rose St, Roseburg INCIDENT: Parole Violation CASE #: 211496 PERSON(S): (S) Hershey, Leeann Marie (48) Milwaukie CHARGE(S): 1. Parole Violation, 2. Improper Use of 911, 3. Criminal Trespass II, 4. Resisting Arrest VEHICLE(S): 1989 Mazda B2600 (OR QGJ603) DETAIL(S): Leeann refused to get out of a vehicle that did not belong to her, called 9-11 to get a taxi ride, and resisted arrest. Leeann also allegedly swallowed a "bag of dope" which explained her erratic behavior. Leeann's parole officer requested she be detained for her actions. DISPO: Leeann was lodged at the jail. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/07/2021 (09:00 PM) LOCATION: 815 NE Huntley Ave #201 INCIDENT: Fraud CASE #: 210755 PERSON(S): S-Foster, Stephanie Maria (36) Roseburg., V-Ashley, Debra Lynne (60) Roseburg. CHARGE(S): Two counts of Forgery in the First Degree, Two counts of Theft in the First Degree, Identity Theft VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officer contacted Foster on an unrelated matter but knew another officer had probable cause for her arrest. Officer interviewed Foster and she was cited and released for her cooperation. DISPO: CBA. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/07/2021 (09:30 PM) LOCATION: 929 NW Garden Valley Blvd. Roseburg INCIDENT: Trespass CASE #: 211497 PERSON(S): (S) Osburn, Rad (20) Winston CHARGE(S): Criminal Trespass II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Loss prevention reported Rad was inside of Fred Meyer "shopping" even though he was trespassed from the location. The merchandise was recovered by loss prevention and Rad left, but was located a short distance away by officers. Rad was cited and released for the above crime. DISPO: Cleared by arrest. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/08/2021 (01:00 AM) LOCATION: SE Rose/SE Oak, Roseburg INCIDENT: Warrant CASE #: 194027 PERSON(S): (S)-Cisco, Thomas (37) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Failure to Appear warrant out of Roseburg Police Department for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officer contacted Thomas in the 600 block of SE Rose. Officer ran a routine records check for him and he returned with the above warrant for his arrest. Corrections would not lodge and dispatch gave cite and release information. DISPO: Officer cited/released Thomas on his warrant.
