Baker was upset with their noise and refused to listen to officer’s suggestions. He was warned of his disorderly behavior. Officers returned a short time later after receiving numerous calls regarding Baker's behavior and he also allegedly hit Doeding with an object. DISPO: Cited and Released. An investigation revealed Bell, Powell and Wolford each were unable to come to a complete stop before they struck the back of a vehicle. A total of five cars were involved in the traffic collision. There were no reported injuries and only Powell’s vehicle required a tow. DISPO: Traffic Collision. Both vehicles were able to pull into the parking lot of U-Haul, so the road was not obstructed. Neither party was injured, and both vehicle were driven from the scene. DISPO: Traffic Collision. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 02/09/2021 (10:46 PM) LOCATION: 700 Block Garden Valley, Roseburg INCIDENT: DWS Misdemeanor CASE #: 210604 PERSON(S): (S) Teske, Joshua Brian (36) Roseburg CHARGE(S): DWS-Misdemeanor VEHICLE(S): 2001 Honda Civic (267LWE) DETAIL(S): Officers were called to Fred Meyer for a trespassing call involving Joshua, who had his car in the parking lot. He was specifically told he could not drive him due to his license being misdemeanor suspended.With a minute of officers leaving the scene, Joshua ran at full speed from the sidewalk to his car and drove onto Garden Valley. He was stopped near the BLM entrance on Garden Valley, and his car was impounded by Roseburg Towing. DISPO: Cited and Released.
