According to witness statements, Lander ran a red light and collided with the passenger front area of Barnett's vehicle.Both vehicles appeared to be totaled and were towed from the scene by Roseburg Towing. Neither party was injured, but Lander displayed signs of impairment. Lander was ultimately arrested for DUII Controlled Substance and Reckless Endangering. DISPO: Cited and Released. After the registered owner called police, Winston PD located the vehicle turning onto Hart and took Northern into custody as the driver and sole occupant.
