When Logan arrived, he was detained without incident. He was found in possession of fake narcotics and 3 concealed handguns, one of which had the serial number obliterated. Logan was also wanted for allegedly stealing money from Rose in a previous case., The 17 year old male was in the vehicle with Logan, and his juvenile probation officer wanted him detained.A small amount of LSD and psilocybin mushrooms were located in the center console and were determined to belong to Rene. DISPO: Rene was Cited and Released, Logan was lodged at Corrections, and the 17 year old was lodged at Juvenile detention. Officers were aware of a no contact order protecting Loger from Schexnider. Schexnider was arrested for violating that order. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 11/05/2020 (01:23 PM) LOCATION: 200 Block Kenneth Ford Drive, Roseburg INCIDENT: Non-Injury Vehicle Collision CASE #: 204797 PERSON(S): (D1) Browne, Sally Ann (72) Roseburg, (D2) Hayden, Brenda Norseen (79) Camas Valley CHARGE(S): (Browne) Dangerous Left Turn VEHICLE(S): (Browne) Grey 2014 Toyota Prius, OR/Plate# 744GQR, (Hayden) Red 1997 Chevy S-10, OR/Plate3 326CYJ DETAIL(S): Browne was traveling eastbound on Kenneth Ford Drive when she made a u-turn in the middle of the road causing Hayden to hit the driver side of Browne’s vehicle. Browne’s vehicle was driven from the scene and Hayden’s vehicle was towed by Walt’s Towing. There were no reported injuries. DISPO: Traffic Collision. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 11/05/2020 (02:18 PM) LOCATION: 2295 Diamond Lake, Roseburg (Fast Stop Market) INCIDENT: Theft CASE #: 204799 PERSON(S): (S) Cadger, Blake Edward (28) Roseburg, (V) Jeffers, Kimberlee Anne (45) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Cadger – Theft III, Disorderly Conduct II, Warrant – Robbery III (Douglas County Sheriff’s Office), Warrant – Criminal Trespass II (Douglas County Sheriff’s Office), Warrant – Failure to Appear (Douglas County Sheriff’s Office) VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officers responded to the Fast Stop Market regarding a theft. When they arrived in the area, they identified the suspect as Cadger. Employees and witnesses observed Cadger concealing items in his jacket while inside the store. Officers were told Jeffers attempted to intervene with the theft and Cadger allegedly threw a bottle at her head. Cadger was arrested without incident and was also found to have three warrants for his arrest. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 11/05/2020 (04:21 PM) LOCATION: 700 Block Harvard, Roseburg INCIDENT: Disorderly Conduct CASE #: 204800 PERSON(S): (S) Bryce, Anthony L (38) Roseburg, (S) Hoover, Bailey R (22) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Both – Disorderly Conduct II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): An investigation of a disturbance in the area revealed Bryce and Hoover alarmed multiple employees and customers by pulling out knives and threatening Eddie Green, who left the scene prior to police arrival. He was warned numerous times to leave but would not. He kept yelling at officers and nearby people. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 11/05/2020 (09:15 PM) LOCATION: 929 Garden Valley, Roseburg (Fred Meyer) INCIDENT: Trespass CASE #: 204805 PERSON(S): (S) Green, Edward Leon (37) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Criminal Trespass I VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Green was found with multiple items from Fred Meyer shoved down his pants while he was still in the store. Green was trespassed from Fred Meyer previously and took substantial steps to steal from them again. Employees only wished to pursue charges for trespassing. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 11/05/2020 (10:00 PM) LOCATION: 1931 NE Stephens, Roseburg INCIDENT: Trespass CASE #: 204807 PERSON(S): (S) Harper, Marc (50) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Criminal Trespass I, Theft III VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Harper returned to the Market after being previously trespassed. Once inside he allegedly stole a beer and fled on foot. Officers contacted Harper down the street and cited and released him on the listed crimes. DISPO: Cited and Released.
