A small amount of Methamphetamine was found during their contact. Joshua was cited and released for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. DISPO: Cited and released. VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officer responded to a shoplifting in progress at Walmart and located the suspect with two bags filled with stolen merchandise. The suspect provided a false name and date of birth but was later identified as Gene Dir, who was found to have a Parole Violation warrant for his arrest. VEHICLE(S): 2000 Dodge Neon, orange; DETAIL(S): Officer(s) observed three suspects using Heroin inside the listed vehicle and confirmed that all three were also wanted on outstanding arrest warrant for their arrest. When I arrived on scene Lisa told me she hit the curb but doesn't remember leaving her lane of travel and driving across the sidewalk into the Senior Center parking lot. Lisa's vehicle had a deflated rear passenger tire which showed marks on the sidewalk and the grass between the sidewalk and parking lot. The suspects were located and admitted to throwing eggs. DISPO: Cited and Released PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 10/08/2020 (11:30 PM) LOCATION: 2153 NE Vine Street, Roseburg INCIDENT: DUII CASE #: 204384 PERSON(S): (S) Bacus, Kaiden Ray (18) Roseburg CHARGE(S): DUII VEHICLE(S): 2001 Toyota Camry, dark blue DETAIL(S): Bacus was seen driving on NE Vine Street without headlights and was stopped at Joseph Lane Middle School. Kaiden consented to field sobriety tests and performed poorly. He was transported to the Winston Police Department where he provided a breath sample of .10%. DISPO: Cited and Released
