He stole items from inside two vehicles in the same driveway. He came into the Roseburg Police Department to retrieve his phone and was arrested for Theft III and Unlawful Entry into a Motor Vehicle x2. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 09/24/2020 (01:30 PM) LOCATION: 900 Block Harvard, Roseburg INCIDENT: Assault CASE #: 204172 PERSON(S): (S/V) Orejuela, Talia Elaine (26) Roseburg, (S/V) Rexford, Gregory Lee (54) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Rexford – Harassment, Orejuela – Assault IV VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Talia and Gregory were driving down the road and an independent witness noticed blood on Gregory's face, and witnessed Gregory grab Talia by the head and push it toward the floor board of the vehicle. During the investigation the officer learned that Talia hit Gregory while he was driving down the road, and Gregory hit her, allegedly trying to defend himself. DISPO: Talia was lodged at corrections and Gregory was cited and released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 09/24/2020 (05:15 PM) LOCATION: 1600 Airport, Roseburg (Lithia Auto Sales) INCIDENT: Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle CASE #: 204175 PERSON(S): (S) Eastman, William J (31) Sutherlin CHARGE(S): Unauthorized Use of Vehicle VEHICLE(S): 2020 Fiat 500X, white. DETAIL(S): Lithia Auto Sales reported a customer had not returned a vehicle from a test drive scheduled to last no more than 30 minutes, so the vehicle was report stolen as of their closing time of 6:30 PM. Officers located the vehicle at 9:00 PM and arrested the Eastman. The vehicle was returned to Lithia. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 09/24/2020 (07:10 PM) LOCATION: 1500 Block Diamond Lake, Roseburg INCIDENT: DUII CASE #: 204178 PERSON(S): (S) Tyrer, Charles (63) Glide CHARGE(S): DUII Alcohol, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine VEHICLE(S): 1995 green Chevrolet C1500 OR-176BLC DETAIL(S): An officer watched Tyrer run a red light at the intersection of Winchester and Diamond Lake and contacted him during a traffic stop and he showed signs of impairment. He was arrested for DUII Alcohol, and during the arrest, Tyrer was found to possess Methamphetamine. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 09/24/2020 (11:00 PM) LOCATION: 800 Block Highland, Roseburg INCIDENT: Warrant Arrest CASE #: 204179 PERSON(S): (S) Myers, Tiffani Jean (40) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Warrant – Failure to Appear (Lane County Circuit)Warrant – Reckless Driving (Springfield PD) VEHICLE(S): 152JNB: 2014 silver GMC Terrain DETAIL(S): Myers was found in the back seat of the listed vehicle after it stopped in the road for no apparent reason. Officers learned Myers had felony warrants for her arrest through Lane County Circuit Court. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 09/25/2020 (02:00 AM) LOCATION: 980 Veteran's Way, Roseburg INCIDENT: Warrant Arrest CASE #: 204180, 202102 PERSON(S): (S) Mulvaney, Jeremy Leon (47) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Parole Violation, Warrant – Failure to Appear (Roseburg PD) VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): VA Officers detained Mulvaney on VA property and requested assistance for his two warrants. He was transported to Corrections after the warrants were confirmed. DISPO: Cited and Released.
