CHARGE(S): Theft III, Warrant / Failure to Appear (Douglas County Circuit Court), Warrant / Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine (Grant County), Warrant / Failure to Appear (Columbia County) VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Gilliam allegedly stole merchandise from Chevron, and he also had several warrants for his arrest. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 09/01/2020 (09:00 PM) LOCATION: 3200 Aviation, Roseburg INCIDENT: Theft CASE #: 203821 PERSON(S): (S) Robinson, Brandon Michael (38) Central Point CHARGE(S): Theft II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Employees at the Super 8 reported the theft of bedding and a luggage cart from the business by a former guest. The suspect, Robinson, was later contacted at the Days Inn, where he was charged with theft and the stolen property was recovered. DISPO: Cited and Released. Once on scene, the fight was already over and they were able to speak with everyone involved. Bowers was walking by Warner's house when they got into a verbal argument. As they continued to argue, Warner came out of his house and started fighting with Bowers in the street. During the fight, Bowers started to walk away when Tilley got involved. As Tilley and Warner were fighting, Stapert grabbed a baseball bat and allegedly started hitting Warner with it. Warner did have some injuries, but refused medical attention.
