PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 07/27/2020 (04:25 AM) LOCATION: 2100 Block Troost, Roseburg INCIDENT: DUII CASE #: 203257 PERSON(S): (S) Bacus, William Kaiden Ray (18) Roseburg CHARGE(S): DUII Controlled Substance, Reckless Driving, Criminal Mischief II, Failure to Perform Duties of a Driver VEHICLE(S): Blue 2008 Suzuki SX4 bearing Oregon license 137FEN DETAIL(S): Bacus’ vehicle was found crashed into the west end of a residence in the listed area. Bacus left the scene on foot and was later contacted in the 1500 block of Troost.An investigation revealed the vehicle traveled approximately 50 feet off of the roadway before hitting the exterior wall of the residence. The vehicle went completely through the wall, causing major damage to both the exterior and interior of the residence.Bacus displayed signs of drug impairment, and the investigation revealed the accident was likely caused by impairment and speed. Bacus was transported to Mercy Medical Center via ambulance for treatment of injuries sustained in the accident. The vehicle was towed by Roseburg Towing. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 07/27/2020 (06:36 PM) LOCATION: 700 SE Jackson, Roseburg (Eagles Park) INCIDENT: Harassment CASE #: 203271 PERSON(S): (S) Jordan, Tyler M (26) Roseburg, (V) Lindly, Thomas E (59) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Jordan – Harassment VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Jordan allegedly walked up to Lindly at the above location and punched him in the face. Lindly declined medical attention and only sustained minor injuries. Jordan was located nearby. Jordan was also issued his first downtown exclusion warning. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 07/27/2020 (07:02 PM) LOCATION: 1200 Block Walnut, Roseburg INCIDENT: Menacing CASE #: 203272 PERSON(S): (S) Lozes, Timothy Frederick (59) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Menacing, Criminal Trespass II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officers responded to a business in the area for a report of a disturbance. A citizen told Lozes to leave the property and Lozes refused and then allegedly threatened to burn them with his lighter torch. The citizen pepper sprayed Lozes after he was threatened and Lozes was walking toward him with the lighter. Lozes was located a short distance away and was cited for the listed offenses. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 07/27/2020 (09:30 PM) LOCATION: 500 Block Washington, Roseburg INCIDENT: Assault CASE #: 203256 PERSON(S): (S) Alford Jr, Terrence Allen (45) Roseburg, (V) Galusha, Jennifer Marie (36) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Alford – Assault IV VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officers responded to a reported bicycle crash under the Washington Street Bridge, involving Alford and Galusha. Galusha suffered a large gash to her head and was transported to Mercy for treatment.After further investigation, it was found Alford was trying to take Galusha's bicycle from her, during which she was pushed to the ground, striking her head on a rock. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 07/28/2020 (06:08 AM) LOCATION: 375 Harvard, Roseburg (Holiday Inn Express) INCIDENT: Trespass CASE #: 203281 PERSON(S): (S) Moore, Donald Louis (44) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Criminal Trespass II, Theft III VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Moore was located inside the lobby of the Holiday Inn Express eating food, which he did not have money to pay for. Moore has been previously trespassed from the property multiple times. DISPO: Cited and Released.
