When Officers contacted Abercrombie he locked himself in his home and threatened Officers with the knife as well. A report was taken and the car was entered as stolen. An investigation revealed Borst lied about the vehicle theft, and it wasn’t stolen. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 06/29/2020 (09:00 PM) LOCATION: 433 NE Stephens, Roseburg (Dairy Queen) INCIDENT: Non-Injury Traffic Collision CASE #: 202842 PERSON(S): (D1) Pennington Dubon, Janet (50) Roseburg, (D2) Cleveland, Allison Sharon (32) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Pennington – DWS ViolationDriving Uninsured VEHICLE(S): Pennington - 1990 blue Chevrolet Silverado 2500, 218KCK, Cleveland - 2009 blue Mazda 6, HTB950 DETAIL(S): Pennington hit Cleveland's vehicle in the drive-thru of Dairy Queen causing minimal damage. Pennington was found to be driving uninsured and was suspended at the violation level. No injuries were reported and both vehicles were able to be driven from the scene. DISPO: Traffic Collision.
