Ruchaber then left the scene and went home without any attempt to leave her information behind or assist the injured driver. Ruchaber was cited and released at her home for the listed offenses. Her car was parked at her home with minor damage. Gilbert was transported to Mercy Medical Center by ambulance and admitted for back, neck, and leg pain. Gilbert’s car was legally parked on scene until family members could arrange a tow. DISPO: Traffic Collision. An investigation and witness statements revealed Ellison pushed Quigley to the ground and kicked her in the ribs. She did not receive injuries and declined medical attention. After learning she had the listed felony warrant for her arrest, an officer met with her in the lobby. When told she had a warrant and was under arrest, she resisted arrest by trying to pull away from the officer. After a brief struggle, she was arrested without further incident.
