Roseburg High School Graduation Ceremony & Parade Saturday
12:19 AM · Jun 6, 2020The Roseburg High School Graduation Parade is this Saturday, June 6. The parade starts at 2:00pm. The class of 2020 graduation ceremony video will be viewable online at 11 a.m. on June 6 Visit https://rhs.roseburg.k12.or.us/community/class-of-2020 The prerecorded event will feature students formally receiving their diplomas, student and staff speeches and more. The start of the parade will be at the old Kmart parking lot. "This year has ended so different than we all expected," Roseburg Principal Jill Weber said. "Having closure for our senior class is important. March 13 was their last day of school and we didn't even know it. Seeing their teachers and having this time will be special. We also are very excited that the community can come out to share in this event too." The Roseburg Police Department will be leading the parade along the route with police vehicles. The parade will end at the high school where the Roseburg Fire Department will have their ladder truck with the American Flag draped over the high school parking lot. Students will be driving through the parking lot and waving at their teachers and school staff along the sidewalk. To show your support and watch the parade, you can park or stand along the route between Kmart and the high school. The route is as follows: Starting at Kmart parking lot and going east on Stewart Parkway then South on Stephens Street and then West on Washington Avenue to Harvard Avenue to Roseburg High School.
