As they wrestled in the middle of Fulton street, Birdsell ripped out Blaikie's hair. They briefly separated until Birdsell allegedly threatened Blaikie with a knife. Shue witnessed the fight and tried to intervene, but Birdsell threatened to kill him while he was holding the knife. Birdsell was arrested without incident. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. He said he was not going to leave, and discarded trash in front of an officer and refused to pick it up. After being detained he picked up his trash and left the premises. DISPO: Cited and Released. He was caught stealing $2,589.56 from the store over time since February. He has allegedly stolen from the store 13+ times in the past 4 months. DISPO: Cited and Released. He jumped into a vehicle driven by another male, and left the area. They were stopped at Sherm's for the theft. Smith was found in possession of Heroin. Another passenger, Johnson, had a handgun concealed under his seat. He also had Methamphetamine in his pocket and some Heroin next to him. DISPO: Cited and Released. He argued that it is an emergency to him. He was told he couldn’t call 911 unless he had an emergency to report, and he then called 911 again while the officer was still there. Erisman could not stop and hit the driver's side of Lacey's pickup, sending Erisman into the bed of the Ranger. Erisman was transported to Mercy via ambulance for treatment of non-life threatening injuries and his motorcycle was towed by Roseburg towing. DISPO: Traffic Collision. He drifted into the middle lane and then struck the left rear of a vehicle driven by Johnson, who was driving south on Stephens. Ledford's vehicle went over the curb and came to rest next to the railroad tracks adjacent to NE Stephens.Both people were transported to the hospital by ambulance with complaints of pain. Both vehicles were towed due to damage. Ledford's vehicle was towed by Roseburg Towing, and Johnson's vehicle was towed by Bill's Towing. DISPO: Traffic Collision.
