Steamboat Inn to Host First Wine Pairing Dinner Series of 2025

Steamboat Inn is set to host its first wine pairing dinner of the season on March 22, 2025, showcasing the talents of Chef Vincent Tsatsakis and the wines of Sarver Winery. The evening kicks off at 7 p.m. in the library at Steamboat Inn with appetizers and a tasting, followed by a multicourse meal and dessert in the dining room, each dish paired with a distinct wine. Priced at $100 per person, the event includes appetizers, dinner, dessert, and wine. The menu features an Amuse Bouche of Smoked Salmon Rosette with Red Caviar and Chicken Cromesquis, followed by a first course of Wild Mushroom & Bone Marrow Brioche, a second course of Scallops with Fermented Leeks, and a main course of Beef two ways with Potato Pavé, Mushroom, Asparagus, Béarnaise Sauce, and a dessert of Chocolate, Pear & Whisky. For over two decades, Steamboat Inn has brought together some of the top chefs and winemakers from around Oregon, creating unique culinary experiences in its intimate, enchanting setting.
