D2 was traveling west in the left lane of Washington. D1 did not see Duncan next to him and went into the left lane where D2 was traveling. The mirror from V1 struck the passenger front fender of V2. There was very minimal damage to both vehicles and no tows were needed. D1 turned from Houck onto Fullerton, northbound. During this time D1, rubbed her eyes and failed to maintain control of her vehicle. D1 ultimately veered across the street, against the flow of traffic, and struck a parked car.The owner of the parked vehicle was contacted and information was exchanged. DISPO: Citation Issued.
