Clark failed to yield to Woodward as she was approaching and he pulled out in front of her, causing the collision. Woodward's vehicle was towed from the scene by Joe's Towing and Clark’s vehicle was driven from the scene. There were no reported injuries. DISPO: Traffic Citation. A bystander called to have police check on them as they were continuing to yell and cause a scene. Weaver, who did not know anyone involved, ran up and pushed Gater to the ground, causing her to receive a small injury to her finger. Gater wished to pursue charges for harassment. INCIDENT: Trespassing CASE #: 194498 PERSON(S): (S) Schillinger, Jamie L (20) Roseburg. CHARGE(S): Criminal Trespass II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Schillinger was contacted at a vacant residence in the area the previous day and advised of trespass. He had trash, food items, bike parts, and clothing around him when Officers contacted him. He was warned the previous day to clean it up and move, but did not. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 09/26/2019 (04:30 PM) LOCATION: 913 Garden Valley, Roseburg INCIDENT: Theft CASE #: 193863 PERSON(S): (S) Lefever, Franklin Carl (51) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Theft I VEHICLE(S): Morgan Built 14' enclosed cargo trailer Plate# U361295 DETAIL(S): On 8/23/2019, a cargo trailer belonging to Knife River was stolen from the VA property. Lefever was developed as a suspect in that case. Lefever was already lodged at Corrections on an unrelated matter and he was charged with the theft of the trailer and remained lodged. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 09/26/2019 (08:42 PM) LOCATION: 1151 Stewart Parkway, Roseburg (YMCA) INCIDENT: DUII Alcohol CASE #: 194514 PERSON(S): (S) Murrain, Timothy Brian (30) Roseburg CHARGE(S): DUII-AlcoholReckless DrivingFail to Perform Duties of a Driver-Property Damage x 2Reckless Endangering VEHICLE(S): Murrain - 1996 Blue/Gray Dodge Pickup 828HZG-ORParked Vehicle - 2019 Gray Jeep Renegade CHB2206-AZ DETAIL(S): Officers responded to the YMCA for a report of a vehicle striking the YMCA building. The vehicle, a 1996 Dodge pickup, crashed into a parked car in the YMCA lot and then tried to leave and crashed into the YMCA building itself. The suspect walked away from the accident and was located a short time later at the Fir Grove Soccer Fields. Surveillance footage confirmed Murrain was the driver of the vehicle during the crash. He displayed signs of impairment and was arrested for DUII Alcohol and the other listed charges. Both damaged vehicles were towed by Roseburg Towing. No one was injured during the incident. The damage to the building was estimated to be several thousands of dollars. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections.
