Roseburg Del Taco Set to Reopen by Early May

The Roseburg Del Taco at 2435 NW Stewart Parkway is making steady progress toward its grand reopening, following the devastating fire that destroyed the location on July 2, 2022. Ling Bros. Contracting has been leading the rebuild, and despite a few minor delays, construction is expected to conclude by early April. The restaurant anticipates welcoming guests again between late April and early May. Exciting enhancements are in store for the reopening. Del Taco is considering the installation of two self-service kiosks at the Roseburg location, a feature that has been well-received at their Albany and Salem stores, while still retaining cashiers for those who prefer traditional ordering. Additionally, the company is testing new catering options, including taco and burrito bars for customizable meals and pre-made burrito boxes featuring popular menu items. Staffing preparations are also moving forward smoothly. Erick Marsh, Director of Operations for Del Taco/Cactus Enterprises, has spent the last five weeks training the new Restaurant Manager in Albany. A full management team has been hired and will begin training across various locations next week. With over 200 applicants for team member positions, the company is poised to assemble a stellar crew for opening day. More updates to come!
