Willie and the South Coast Bluegrass Band Jam Session: 2 PM – 3 PM at North Bend Public Library. 4. Margarita Mill Festival: 4 PM – 9 PM at The Mill Casino & Hotel, 3201 Tremont Ave. $5 per day. 5.
