Spring Fire - New confirmed start, 0.1 acres. engine on site, 100% lined, contained. Shadow Fire – New confirmed start. Estimated 3 – 5 acres. Douglas Forest Protection Agency (DFPA) and Forest Service resources. Adam Mountain Fire – New confirmed start. Estimated 50 acres. Horse Heaven Creek Fire- New confirmed start. Estimated 3.5 acres. Lost Bucket Fire Estimated 0.1 acres. DFPA and Forest Service resources. Watson Fire – New confirmed start. Estimated 10 acres. Jack Saddle Fire – Estimated 0.5 acres. Hose lay around 30%, 30% - 40% contained. Forest Service and DFPA resources. White Creek Fire – Estimated 0.25 of an acre. 100% lined, 100% contained. Puddin Fire – Estimated 0.8 acres, 100% contained. Clearwater Fire- Confirmed new fire today. Estimated 0.10 of an acre, 100% lined. Slide Fire – Estimated .5 acre. 100% lined. Tucker Fire – 100% contained. Donegan Fire – 100% contained Cultus Fire – Estimated 1.1 acre, 75% contained. Evacuation information related to Incident 289 (Unnamed) in the Soda Springs/ Pine Bench area can be found on the Douglas County Sheriff’s Facebook page. This incident is also impacting the Soda Springs dam where water is being released. Recreators can expect increased waterflow downstream of Soda Springs on the North Umpqua River.
