PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/14/2021 (07:15 AM) LOCATION: 800 NW Highland, Roseburg INCIDENT: Assault CASE #: 211581 PERSON(S): (S)-Johnson, Justin (33) Roseburg, (V)-Marotz, Michael (59) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Assault in the Fourth Degree, Disorderly Conduct in the Second Degree VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Justin went to Michael's RV completely unannounced and was accusing Michael of being a sex offender. Justin attempted to get into Michael's RV when a fight ensued. Justin hit Michael multiple times causing a large laceration above his eye. Michael did not know Justin at all. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/14/2021 (12:00 PM) LOCATION: 2125 NW Stewart Parkway (Walmart) Roseburg INCIDENT: Forgery I CASE #: 211586 PERSON(S): (S)-Easterbrook, Andrew Cary (21) Roseburg, (S)-Karcher, Trevion Blaze (19) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Karcher- RPD-211586: Forgery I, Unlawful Purchase of Firearm, Criminal Possession of Forged Instrument IEasterbrook- RPD-211586: Forgery I, Criminal Possession of Forged Instrument IEasterbrook- DCSO-211431: Theft I, Forgery I, Criminal Possession of Forged Instrument I VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Easterbrook paid $1200 in counterfeit money to purchase an AR on 3/29/21 (DSCO: 211231). Officer saw Easterbrook was attempting to sell an AR via Snapchat using their investigative profile and inquired to purchase the AR.Prior to meeting with Easterbrook the AR was sold but he agreed to meet up and purchase a couple guns from the officer in the Walmart parking lot with his friend, Trevion Karcher. Believing they would likely show up with counterfeit money again, officer set up the deal.Several officers and detectives contacted Karcher and Easterbrook in the Walmart parking lot where they were both taken into custody. Karcher was in possession of 16 counterfeit $100.Karcher and Easterbrook were lodged at DCC for above charges. DISPO: CBA PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/14/2021 (02:51 PM) LOCATION: Subway 1350 NE Stephens Street INCIDENT: No Contact Order Violation CASE #: 211590 PERSON(S): (S) Davis, Troy David (55) Roseburg, (V) Lore, Danyelle Marie (50) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Violation of a No-Contact Order, Driving While Suspended or Revoked Felony, Warrant - Fail to Appear - Criminal Driving While Suspended or Revoked (Roseburg Police) VEHICLE(S): (OR 055BYU) Blue 2005 Mazda 6 DETAIL(S): Officers responded to a report that Davis was in Subway and refusing to leave when told to do so by Lore, who is an employee of Subway. It was discovered that Davis was prohibited from contact with Lore through a No-Contact Court Order and was in violation of that order. A records check showed Davis had a warrant and his license was felony suspended. Davis had driven to Subway so he was also arrested for DWS-F. Kinman has been disassembling the vehicle and has been warned several times to clean up the mess or he would be cited. He had not cleaned up the mess and was cited and released for Offensive Littering. DISPO: Cited and released PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/14/2021 (08:20 PM) LOCATION: 337 SE Fowler St. Roseburg INCIDENT: Assault IV CASE #: 211583 PERSON(S): (ARR) juvenile, male Roseburg, (VIC) Anderson, Kristian Eric (6/14/62) Sutherlin CHARGE(S): Assault in the Fourth Degree VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): On 4/8/21, a male juvenile punched Kris in the face after the juvenile was involved in a physical altercation with another juvenile. The blow to Kris's face resulted in Kris having a maxillary sinus fracture to his face. DISPO: The juvenile was issued a criminal citation and released on scene. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/14/2021 (09:45 PM) LOCATION: SE Golden Eagle/SE Steller Eagle St. Roseburg INCIDENT: Littering CASE #: 211595 PERSON(S): (S) Failor, Ryan Kenneth (31) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Offensive Littering VEHICLE(S): 2001 black Ford Ranger OR Plate #739HES DETAIL(S): Ryan dumped a truck load of garbage in a vacant lot at the above listed location. Ryan was contacted during a traffic stop and was cited and released on scene. DISPO: Cleared by citation. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/14/2021 (10:17 PM) LOCATION: 612 W. Luellen, Roseburg. INCIDENT: Domestic Violence CASE #: 211596 PERSON(S): S: Palomino, Jesse T (33); Roseburg., V: Henson, Shannon L (39); Roseburg. CHARGE(S): 1) Assault in the Fourth Degree (Felony);, 2) Interference With Making a Report;, 3) Menacing. VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Investigation of another domestic disturbance between Jesse Palomino and Shannon Henson substantiated evidence that Jesse subjected Shannon to substantial pain, fear of serious injury and interrupted her 911 call(s), and that Jesse has previously been convicted of assaulting Shannon. DISPO: Jesse Palomino was arrested and lodged at Corrections on the listed charges.
