In addition, check with Douglas County to complete your Right Of Entry Forms to allow state and federal workers to remove wildfire debris from your property. Prepared Meal Benefits Extended For Wildfire Survivors To End Of Year The U.S. Department of Agriculture Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) extended the Disaster Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (DSNAP) for wildfire-affected recipients from 23 counties, including Douglas. This waiver lasts through Dec. 31, 2020, and allows SNAP and DSNAP recipients to use their benefits to buy hot or prepared foods from authorized SNAP retailers that accept SNAP EBT cards.
