During the event, Blessent alleged that Boots spit on her and choked her to the point she could not breathe. Blessent had injuries consistent to her statement and Boots left the scene before officers arrived.Boots was contacted this morning at the Grand Apartments and was arrested on several warrants and crimes related to the incident. Angle failed to stop before crashing into Quinn’s vehicle, causing Quinn to crash into Hatcher. Quinn’s vehicle needed to be towed from the scene due to heavy front and rear damage.
