Otis was traveling south through the intersection as Tarver began to reverse. Tarver backed directly into the front passenger door of Otis' truck, caving it in. An employee of the Striping Company parked his truck near Webberley's. Webberley left a short time later and backed into the passenger front door of the other vehicle causing significant damage to.Webberley left the scene without stopping.
