Oliver was not paying attention and ran into the back bumper of Walker's vehicle. Both vehicles sustained major damage, and Oliver's appeared to be totaled. Neither driver was injured.Roseburg Towing responded and towed Oliver's vehicle, Walker's was still drivable. DISPO: Oliver was issued a citation for Following Too Closely. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: DATE/TIME: 08/11/2020 (07:30 PM) LOCATION: 800 Block SE Stephens, Roseburg INCIDENT: Warrant Arrest CASE #: 203509 & 203112 PERSON(S): (S) Hardin, Buddy Lee (37) (AKA Ulra, Mars Lee) Roseburg CHARGE(S): State Parole Board Warrant, Roseburg Municipal Warrant-Fail to Appear (Theft III) VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): An officer contacted Hardin knowing he had the listed warrants for his arrest. He was detained for both warrants. DISPO: Buddy was transported to Douglas County Corrections where he was immediately released due to the new Covid protocol. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: DATE/TIME: 08/11/2020 (08:25 PM) LOCATION: Harvard/Luellen, Roseburg INCIDENT: Delivery of Marijuana to a Minor CASE #: 203510 PERSON(S): (S) Brockett, Donald James (42) Roseburg, (V) A juvenile male (17) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Delivery of Marijuana to a Minor VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): An officer responded to a report of a 17-year-old male juvenile who traded his skateboard to Brockett in exchange for some Marijuana. The juvenile’s father found out and reported it. Brockett was located by an officer and he admitted to trading a small amount of marijuana to the juvenile for his skateboard while they were near Trader Tom's. A small amount of the marijuana was recovered and seized as evidence. DISPO: Brockett was cited and released on scene.
