She has a city exclusion notice from the downtown area. Parshall was arrested for trespassing and on the listed warrant. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 08/05/2020 (04:04 PM) LOCATION: Garden Valley / Eden, Roseburg INCIDENT: Minor Injury Traffic Collision CASE #: 203420 PERSON(S): (D1) Genanatti, Dakota Martin (21) Eugene, (D2) Bennett, Benjamin Parker (19) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Genanatti: Failure to Yield Before Entering Roadway, Bennett: Driving Uninsured VEHICLE(S): Genanatti: OR TJSDNG White 2001 Ford F-350, Bennett: TX JWG7208 White 2014 Ford Mustang DETAIL(S): Bennett was traveling west on Garden Valley in the inside lane while traffic was backed up in the outside lane. Genanatti was pulling out of Eden with the intent of turning left onto Garden Valley. A driver stopped in the outside lane, thought the path was clear for Genanatti, and motioned for him to go. As soon as Genanatti got into the inside lane, Bennett crashed into him. It appeared both vehicles were totaled. There were multiple passengers in both vehicles, none of whom were injured. Bennett sustained injuries to his left hand and a possible concussion. Genanatti sustained a cut above his left eye and some bruising on his left side. Both vehicles were towed by Roseburg Towing and Bennett was transported via ambulance to Mercy Medical Center. DISPO: Traffic Collision. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 08/05/2020 (06:02 PM) LOCATION: 929 Garden Valley, Roseburg (Fred Meyer) INCIDENT: Hit & Run CASE #: 203419 PERSON(S): (S) McGheney, Donald Clinton (80) Roseburg(V) Kincheloe, Katie Lynn (34) Roseburg CHARGE(S): McGheney – Fail to Perform the Duties of a Driver VEHICLE(S): Kincheloe - 2012 Silver Jeep Compass(OR #YWY024), McGheney - 1985 White/Brown Jeep Comanche(OR#JVM113) DETAIL(S): McGheney was driving a Jeep Comanche towing a double axel trailer through the parking lot of Fred Meyer when he struck a parked Jeep Compass belonging to Kincheloe. The trailer hooked onto the Compass and moved it several feet from its original parked position. McGheney left the parking lot without attempting to contact the vehicle owner or leave his information. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 08/05/2020 (08:50 PM) LOCATION: 780 Garden Valley, Roseburg INCIDENT: Resisting Arrest CASE #: 203407 PERSON(S): (S) Geyer, Amanda Kristine (29) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Restraining Order Violation, Resisting Arrest VEHICLE(S): Silver 2004 Honda Pilot 892BLK DETAIL(S): Geyer allegedly violated a restraining order against her on 8/4/2020, but officers were unable to locate her at that time. Geyer was located in the listed area on this day and when officers tried to arrest her for the restraining order violation, she resisted arrest. She was detained without further incident.
