City of Roseburg Reopens Playgrounds, Volleyball & Soccer
12:14 AM · Jun 10, 2020Roseburg, OR – The City of Roseburg is delighted to announce that playgrounds are now open for public use. Earlier today, City staff received further guidance from the State on outdoor recreation as well as permitted sports during Phase II. Starting on June 9, 2020 all City playgrounds are open to the public. In addition to reopening playgrounds, the City was informed that the updated Oregon Health Authority (OHA) guidance allows volleyball and soccer to resume.
