Contacted the driver for multiple violations and found her to have the above listed warrant for her arrest. DISPO: Cited and Released PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 03/26/2020 (03:01 PM) LOCATION: NW Edenbower & NW Stewart Parkway, Roseburg INCIDENT: Injury Traffic Crash CASE #: 201336 PERSON(S): (D1) Sams, Sherri Lynn (56) Sutherlin, (PAS) Skubik, Rachael Mea (38), Sutherlin CHARGE(S): D1: Failure to Maintain Lane VEHICLE(S): Gray 1987 Toyota SR5 2wd truck DETAIL(S): Sams was traveling south on NW Edenbower and as she passed through the intersection with Stewart Parkway there were vehicles slowed in front of her for another vehicle pulling into the entrance of Albertson's. Sams did not leave herself enough time to stop and swerved to her right in order to avoid rear-ending the vehicles in front of her. Sams jumped the curb and struck a large tree. Both the driver and passenger sustained non-life threatening injuries and were transported to Mercy by ambulance. DISPO: The vehicle was towed from the scene by Roseburg Towing. Citation issued for Failure to Maintain Lane. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 03/26/2020 (04:14 PM) LOCATION: 1074 NE Cedar St, Roseburg, OR 97470 INCIDENT: Assault CASE #: 201338 PERSON(S): (V) Nichole Leann Rice, 11/16/89, Roseburg, (V) Anastasia Brooklyn Sage Sheldon, 04/25/19, Roseburg, (S) Rhett Sheldon, 02/15/84, Roseburg CHARGE(S): Assault 4 (Felony) VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officers responded to a report of domestic violence at 1074 NE Cedar St. Rhett Sheldon arrested for assaulted the victim by striking her with his knee, in front of a child. Rhett was placed under arrest for Assault IV and was transported to Corrections. When contacted the Officer discovered Nash had two outstanding warrants out of Lane County. DISPO: Cited and Released PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 03/27/2020 (12:20 AM) LOCATION: 101 NE Zeus Ave, Roseburg INCIDENT: Criminal Mischief CASE #: 201343, 201344 PERSON(S): Johnson, Kendra (34) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Fugitive-FTA warrant out of Douglas County, Criminal Mischief II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officer responded to the above address regarding a disturbance. During the investigation, the officer learned Kendra damaged a bedroom door with a hammer. Kendra also had the above warrant for her arrest. DISPO: Cited and Released
