Its Official: Five Guys Burgers and Fries Coming to Roseburg

Five Guys Burgers and Fries will be coming to Roseburg. A new construction project off NW Mulholland Drive between Elmer’s Restaurant and the Hampton Inn began recently on property where the Windmill Inn once sat. The Hanna Family Inc. who is developing the Hanna Heritage Place is currently building a multi-use building with three tenant spaces. “Five Guys Burgers & Fries will occupy a 2500 square foot space closest to Mulholland Drive with both indoor and outdoor seating.” President Polly Johnson of the Hanna Family Inc. said. Guion Randol Contracting is the General Contractor and Cradar is doing the site work. “The site work includes a U-Shape drive that will access this pad as well as all future pads south of the Hampton Inn & Suites,” Johnson said. “We expect to be finished with this pad before the end of the year and ready to move on to developing another site within the retail center for scheduled completion of that site in 2021.” Currently the Hanna Heritage Place has ground leases and build to suit opportunities available within the center.
