During a verbal argument, Jones allegedly hit Weinhold in the head with a beer bottle and punched out the driver side window of her vehicle. CHARGE(S): Probation Violation, Disorderly Conduct II, Criminal Trespass II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): An investigation revealed Campos allegedly confronted a witness who had objected to Campos' rattling the door of a closed business, then entered the adjacent Elks property past multiple signs warning against trespassing, all the while intoxicated in violation of his probation. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 01/01/2020 (01:40 PM) LOCATION: 2100 Block Aviation, Roseburg INCIDENT: Warrant Arrest CASE #: 200005 PERSON(S): (S) Dickson, Alex Preston (28) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Warrant – Failure to Appear (Douglas County Circuit Court) VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Dickson was called in as a possible trespasser at the Roseburg Airport. When he was contacted, it was learned he had a warrant for his arrest. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 01/01/2020 (01:44 PM) LOCATION: 1400 Block Moritz, Roseburg INCIDENT: Criminal Mischief CASE #: 200007 PERSON(S): (S) Payton, Steven Michael (27) Roseburg, (V) Shaw, Amy Joyce (35) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Payton – Criminal Mischief II, Criminal Trespass II VEHICLE(S): White Kia Optima (OR 434KKC) DETAIL(S): Payton came over to Shaw's house the previous night during a family gathering to celebrate the New Year. Payton was asked to leave due to his behavior but refused to get off the property. He was physically escorted off the property by family members during which he knocked over a portion of their fence. About an hour later, Payton returned and stuck a razor blade in the tire of Shaw's vehicle. DISPO: Cited and Released.
