Neither Kerfoot or Gardenhire would speak to officers about the incident, but witnesses stated they were both aggressors in the fight. Kerfoot was lodged at corrections for the listed warrants and additionally charged with Disorderly Conduct. Ding, on a green light, proceeded directly across the intersection from the BLM toward the Garden Valley Shopping center. Haury allegedly ran his red light and collided with the rear driver's side of Ding's car. Ding complained of neck/chest pain and was transported to Mercy Medical Center via ambulance. Ding's car appeared to be totaled and was removed by Roseburg Towing. Haury's vehicle was still drivable and driven from the scene. DISPO: Traffic Collision. VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Moe called 911 to report her boyfriend, Jacobs, was stabbed by three unknown males. Moe took Jacobs to the VA Urgent Care for treatment of minor injuries on his arm. Moe and Jacobs concocted a story implicating unknown males stabbing Jacobs in the arm. During the continued investigation, and after speaking with an independent witness, it was determined the entire story was fabricated and the wounds on Jacob’s arm were self-inflicted. Zuck was stopped behind Godinez, and Dever was stopped behind Zuck. Ash traveled east through the intersection of Garden Valley and Walnut, and never hit the brakes to slow down for Dever, who was stopped in front of her.Ash ran into the rear of Dever's vehicle, which pushed Dever into the rear of Zuck, which pushed Zuck into the rear of Godinez. Zuck was transported via ambulance to Mercy Medical Center via ambulance with a complaint of light headedness. Ash complained of pain to her right wrist, but did not seek medical attention.Ash's vehicle suffered extensive frontal damage and appeared to be totaled. Dever's vehicle suffered extensive damage to the rear end, along with minor frontal damage, and appeared to be totaled. Zuck's vehicle suffered moderate rear end damage and minimal frontal damage. Godinez suffered very minimal damage to the rear bumper of her vehicle.Roseburg Towing towed Ash's vehicle from the location and Dever was able to drive his vehicle away. An investigation revealed Rose crossed the roadway, not in a cross walk, and walked in front of Spurgeon who was driving westbound. Upon arrival, officers contacted McCumsey next to her vehicle in the parking lot. McCumsey's vehicle was severely damaged and the mirrors were both removed and lying on the ground. McCumsey told officers her ex-boyfriend, Mathis, damaged her vehicle and then left the scene. Witnesses concurred they also watched Mathis kick and hit McCumsey's car. Mathis came back a short time later and displayed signs of impairment. Mathis was charged with damaging McCumsey’s vehicle and for DUII Alcohol. (74) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Criminal Mischief II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Montgomery was cited and released from the jail by another agency and was not happy about it as he wanted to stay incarcerated. He then broke a window out of the Douglas County Court House building near the jail entrance in an effort to get lodged.
